Integration Coaching

for the emerging self

Altered states exist for a reason. They loosen the grip of the everyday mind long enough to let something else through — a truth you couldn't access head-on, a pattern too close to see, a piece of knowing that lives beneath ordinary thought.

But the conscious mind wasn't built to hold that kind of information easily. Without integration, most of what comes through in an altered state fades, gets rationalized away, or stays lodged somewhere you can feel but not use.

Integration is what makes the insight usable. It's the process of bringing what surfaced in an expanded state into the mind, body, and life you're actually living — so it becomes part of how you think, choose, and move, not just something that happened to you once.

What you received deserves more than being filed away as "an experience." It deserves to become part of how you live.

What Are Altered States of Consciousness?

An altered state of consciousness is any experience where awareness shifts outside of ordinary, everyday waking perception — where the usual filters loosen, and something more direct is able to come through.

This includes (though isn't limited to):

  • Psychedelic and plant medicine experiences — ceremony, retreat, or personal practice

  • Dreams — vivid, recurring, or lucid

  • Meditation downloads and insights

  • Near-death experiences (NDEs)

  • Flow states — deep focus, "the zone," peak performance

  • Trance states — breathwork, ecstatic dance, drumming, holotropic breathwork

  • Hypnosis and guided hypnotic states

  • Out-of-body experiences

  • Sleep paralysis

  • Peak or mystical experiences — moments of awe, unity, or transcendence

  • Deep or prolonged meditation states

  • Fasting-induced states

  • Extreme physical exertion — endurance events, ultra-distance sport

  • Prayer and contemplative states

  • Sound healing and vibrational states — gong baths, sound baths

  • Kundalini awakening

  • Channeling states

  • Grief-induced altered states

If you've had an experience that shifted your sense of reality, even briefly, and you're still carrying it — this work is for that.

Everyone experiences an altered state — intentionally or not. It's often the door intuition uses to come through.

What This Is

Integration is the bridge between what you received and how you actually move differently because of it.

In our sessions, we slow down and work with what came through:

  • Naming what surfaced, without rushing to explain it away

  • Exploring your relationship to what you experienced — not just what it meant, but how you're holding it

  • Distinguishing signal from noise — what's meaningful, what's residue

  • Translating insight into concrete shifts in how you think, choose, and live

  • Returning to material weeks or months later, as its meaning continues to unfold

This is coaching, not clinical treatment — grounded, structured support for people who are already doing this work, on their own terms.

Who This Is For

This space is for both existing clients and those new to working with me:

  • People integrating experiences from altered states — ceremony, retreat, or personal practice

  • People working with recurring or unusually vivid dreams

  • People receiving meditation downloads or other intuitive transmissions

  • People processing a near-death experience, a peak/mystical moment, or another form of non-ordinary awareness

  • Anyone moving through an expanded state who wants support making sense of it

You don't need a framework or the "right" language to bring something here. You just need to have had the experience and be open to exploring.

What This Isn't

This isn't a space for guidance on substances or dosing. It begins after the experience/insight — with what you're holding, and what you're ready to do with it.

As with all of my work, integration is offered as reflection, not direction. You remain the authority on your own experience. My role is to help you see it more clearly, and help it take shape in your life going forward.

How I Work

What comes through in an altered state rarely stays contained to that one moment. It touches your work, your relationships, your sense of who you are, the transition you're already in the middle of. That's why I don't bring a single method to a session — I bring whatever structure actually fits the whole person in front of me, drawn from years of coaching across disciplines:

  • Executive and leadership coaching — how you lead, decide, and hold authority

  • Career coaching — what you do, and whether it still fits who you're becoming

  • Life coaching — the shape of your days, your relationships, your sense of direction

  • Grief coaching — loss, and what it asks you to release or carry differently

  • Transitions coaching — the in-between spaces: career changes, moves, endings, new chapters

  • Identity coaching — who you are beneath the roles you've inherited or built

  • Somatic coaching — what the body is holding, separate from what the mind has already explained away

Across all of it, what stays consistent is how I show up:

  • A non-judgmental space — you can bring anything here, half-formed or fully unsure, without needing to explain or justify it first

  • Strategic questioning — the kind that surfaces what's actually going on, not just what's easiest to say

  • Deep, active listening — for what's underneath the words, not only the words themselves

  • Building your own intuitive awareness — so more of what's unconscious becomes available to you over time

  • Trust, built session by session — this isn't a one-time fix, it's a relationship that deepens the more we work together

A problem-focused approach asks, "how do we fix this." I ask a different question: what is this experience revealing about how you're living — and what's ready to change because of it? I adapt to what you need rather than asking you to adapt to a method. My job isn't to have the answer. It's to help you find the one that's already yours.

Meet Jeanette

I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, with over 1,800 hours of coaching experience behind me.

My background spans career and leadership coaching, executive coaching, and somatic coaching — plus direct experience supporting clients through integration work within an altered-states care setting. That range means I don't bring one fixed method to a session. I bring whatever structure actually fits what you're working with.

What ties it together is the same approach across every kind of coaching I do: asking the questions that get underneath the surface, listening for what's actually being said versus what's being talked around, and helping you build a relationship with your own insight — rather than depending on mine.

Alongside my coaching credentials, I'm also an Akashic Records facilitator and work with intuitive and channeled information. For integration work, that combination matters: I can hold both what you experienced and the grounded, structured process of making sense of it.

Includes:

  • 60-minute live video session

  • Space to process and articulate what came through

  • Grounded, practical integration support

  • Optional follow-up to revisit material as understanding deepens

Sessions can be one-time or ongoing, depending on what you're working with.
